About Our Dental Practice
It is our philosophy that raising the patient's understanding is a critical part of creating an environment that makes his or her visit and ongoing care much more comfortable.
As in the care of any aspect of the physical health of a patient, prevention is key. As periodontal disease is the most common cause of tooth loss, we strongly encourage that children, from the earliest age, begin a regular program of frequent dental examinations and cleanings. Our experience, training and attention to each patient are what allow us to detect even potential dental problems early enough to prevent their onset. One of the most beneficial advantages of maintaining a family-oriented dental practice is the communication aspect--parents and their children are kept in the same communication loop with their dentist, and in fact, with our entire dental staff.
Our central location in the East Bay makes it convenient for patients from a large geographical area to visit our office.
Our philosophy has always been that it is critical for a patient to understand everything in order to be able to create an environment that is comforting and caring for the patient.
Prevention is of course the most important part of the physical health of any patient. Because periodontal disease is the most common cause of tooth loss we encourage that children begin at the earliest age with a program of frequent dental examinations and cleanings. Through our experience and our training and the attention that we pay to each patient, we are able to detect all possible potential dental problems early enough to prevent them from developing into a crisis. The most important advantage of operating a family-oriented dental practice is that our entire dental staff maintains good communication with parents and children so that family members don't feel left out.
We have a central location in the East Bay which means that it is very convenient for patients to travel from within a large geographical region to come to our office.
